Experience: 3 - 6 Years

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Validation Sales Recruiter with a strong background in Non-IT / Pharma recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Validation, Medical Device Supplier Quality Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers, along with strong expertise in bench sales recruitment for the US market.

Job Overview:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT (Validation) Bench Sales Recruitment

• Experience marketing Validation / Manufacturing consultants

• Strong understanding of Pharma, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences requirements

• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle

• Ability to identify innovative ways to market and place candidates

• Experience working with CPT, OPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, and US Citizens

• Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, and W2 employment types

• Experience working with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients to generate opportunities for bench consultants

• Strong reporting skills for weekly/monthly performance tracking

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Source requirements from US job boards such as Dice, Tech Fetch, Monster, and Indeed

• Coordinate and schedule telephonic or in-person interviews between candidates and clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients

• Negotiate rates with vendors and manage candidate submissions effectively

• Ensure consultants successfully join client projects and maintain regular follow-ups

• Utilize social media recruiting and networking to identify potential candidates
