About the Role
We are looking for a Validation Lead – Interior Design to review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of design solutions before execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in interior design, AutoCAD, 2D layouts, and SketchUp, with a keen eye for detail and design accuracy.
The candidate will work closely with designers and execution teams to ensure that all designs are practical, error-free, and aligned with client requirements and execution standards.
Responsibilities
- Validate and review interior design layouts, drawings, and plans before execution
- Ensure accuracy of AutoCAD drawings, 2D designs, and SketchUp models
- Check designs for feasibility, measurements, and execution readiness
- Collaborate with interior designers and execution teams to resolve design discrepancies
- Ensure all designs align with client requirements and project specifications
- Identify and highlight potential design or execution issues in advance
- Maintain quality standards and design consistency across projects
- Support teams in improving design accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Female candidates only
- 2 – 5 years of experience in Interior Design / Interior Fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D layouts, and SketchUp
- Experience in interior fit-out and residential/commercial design projects
- Good understanding of design validation and execution feasibility
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
