Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a Validation Lead – Interior Design to review, validate, and ensure the accuracy, practicality, and execution readiness of interior design solutions before site execution.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in interior design, AutoCAD, technical drawings, modular planning, and execution feasibility, along with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
This role will work closely with designers, project teams, and execution stakeholders to ensure all designs are technically sound, customer-aligned, and execution ready.
Responsibilities
Validate interior design layouts, technical drawings, and design documentation before execution
Review AutoCAD drawings, 2D layouts, modular details, and SketchUp models for accuracy and completeness
Ensure designs are practical, measurement-accurate, and aligned with execution standards
Identify potential design conflicts, site feasibility concerns, or execution challenges proactively
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and execution teams to resolve discrepancies
Ensure all designs align with client requirements, scope commitments, and project specifications
Maintain consistency in design standards, technical detailing, and quality benchmarks across projects
Support process improvements to enhance design accuracy and operational efficiency
Ensure timely validation and approvals to support smooth project execution
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Interior Design, Modular Interiors, or Interior Fit-out projects
Strong understanding of residential interior execution and technical detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D planning
Good understanding of modular furniture, site measurements, and execution feasibility
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
