Job Description

1.Regulatory Compliance & Homologation Execution

  • Ensure compliance with Domestic (AIS, IS BIS etc.) and Export regulations (UNR ECE, ADR etc.)
  • Support homologation activities through execution and review of development and pre‑homologation testing
  • Ensure internal design standards are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements

2.Testing, Validation & Technical Evaluation

  • Coordinate and monitor development, validation, and pre‑homologation testing activities
  • Review test methods, data analysis, and results against regulatory standards
  • Identify deviations, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions

3.Pre‑Homologation Planning & Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Carline, Engineering, and Homologation teams to finalize test applicability
  • Develop test schedules, monitor execution, and track project milestones
  • Identify gaps in regulatory interpretation or test methods and resolve through technical discussion

4.Worst Case Criteria & Test Strategy Development

  • Prepare Worst Case Criteria documentation based on product changes or variants
  • Develop and manage test matrices to support homologation test list finalization

5.Audit, Test Witness & Homologation Readiness

  • Prepare regulatory audit checklists aligned with latest regulations
  • Act as test witness/internal auditor during pre‑homologation testing
  • Evaluate readiness for homologation based on test outcomes and compliance status

6.Documentation & Compliance Process Adherence

  • Prepare internal test reports, compliance summaries, and regulatory documentation
