Position: Junior Engineer
Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in relevant field
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and identify potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, drawings, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
- Perform quality control checks to verify the integrity and safety of construction materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and material quantities.
- Assist in the resolution of technical problems and provide support to project teams as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech).
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in civil engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
