Position: Civil Foreman
Qualifications: Minimum 12th or graduate of any discipline
Experience: Minimum 12 to 15 years in relevant field
Language Skills: Proficient in reading and writing in Hindi
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities at project sites to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Allocate tasks to construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, and monitor their performance to ensure efficient workflow.
- Interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications, and communicate instructions to site personnel effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve technical challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours, materials used, and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th or graduate of any discipline.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to read and write in Hindi is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
