V&V Calibration Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

.Support system integration activities for Power Generation and Industrial engine applications.

.Understand overall engine control system architecture, including software, calibration, diagnostics, sensors, actuators, and aftertreatment interfaces where applicable.

.Perform calibration tuning and optimization to meet performance, reliability, emissions, and customer requirements.

.Plan and execute validation activities in engine test cells, test benches, and field or application environments.

.Analyze test data, identify abnormal system behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

.Troubleshoot system-level issues related to controls, calibration, software integration, communication, diagnostics, and engine performance.

.Support root cause analysis for test cell, field, and customer-reported issues using structured problem-solving methods.

.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and track actions to closure.

.Support software build verification, calibration release checks, and regressiontesting as required.

.Prepare clear technical reports, issue summaries, calibration notes, and validation documentation.

.Participate in design reviews, calibration reviews, DVP&R discussions, FMEA reviews, and project status meetings.

.Ensure work is completed in alignment with project timelines, quality expectations, and engineering processes.
