V-SAT Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide field-level network support for assigned locations.
• Visit customer sites for network-related calls, including ATM connectivity support.
• Perform modem installation and configuration.
• Carry out VSAT installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues during site visits.
• Coordinate with centralized support teams and service providers as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of field service calls.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company processes while performing field activities.
