Could you be the full-time V&V Designer in Bangalore we're looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Verification and Validation (V&V) in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside highly motivated and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the development of complex embedded solutions and help shape the future of innovative transportation systems. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including System, Project, Product, Quality, and Safety teams, to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. You'll also align with global V&V strategies and ensure 100% adherence to software, V&V, and safety processes.
You'll specifically take care of designing and performing validation campaigns in real or simulated environments, but also contribute to workload estimation and tool development.
We'll look to you for:
- Contributing to the global V&V strategy and collaborating on V&V plans with the V&V Architect
- Specifying and designing overall test plans and test cases
- Preparing and executing test sessions, including producing test reports and managing associated change requests
- Developing and validating test environments and tools, such as test benches and simulation tools
- Performing investigations on defects detected during testing
- Ensuring test traceability with requirements and managing V&V work products under configuration management
- Preparing and performing software requirements tests, integration tests, and verifications
All About You

- Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Engineering IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Verification and Validation of complex embedded systems
- Experience in testing on-board and trackside products in the railway industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in testing middleware and knowledge of communication protocols
- Experience in requirement testing in simulated environments with opportunities to grow at a system level
- Programming skills in C, C++, ADA, and scripting languages such as Python
- Knowledge of RT OS (Linux, VX Works, QNX) and protocols (TCP/IP, CAN)
- Familiarity with standards such as CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178B
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide, influence, and collaborate in a matrix organization
- Innovative mindset with a focus on creating reusable code and model-based developments
- Experience working with European customers (preferred but not mandatory)
