Role & Responsibilities
- Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and developers.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Maintain consistency in design language across all platforms and products.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the quality of design outputs.
Skills & QualificationsMust-Have
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience in usability testing and user research methodologies
- Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in India and collaborate effectively within a team
Preferred
- Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
