Job Title : UX/UI Specialist

Location : Mumbai & Navi Mumbai

Qualification : B.Tech / M.BA

Experience : 1-3 Years

Purpose : We are looking for a UX Designer to design web & mobile user experience for our Next Gen IOT & AI based Logistics Execution platform. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, interview clients, and survey on design trends and usability to gain into client needs and behaviors, while following the design thinking approach.

Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that are built on research as the foundation and adhere to brand guidelines.

Create high-quality icons, buttons, images, and graphical assets to enhance the overall UI.

Ensure responsive design principles are applied to deliver a seamless experience across devices and screen sizes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate design concepts into functional products.

Act as a user advocate, championing user-centered design principles and ensuring that design decisions align with user needs.

Embrace an iterative design process, continually refining and improving designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and project requirements.

Creating personas, user journeys, and prototypes to showcase how the final product will look like.

Desired Skills:

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) or other UI/UX design software

Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Ability to present and explain design decisions to team members and clients.

A well-curated portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design skills and successful projects.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Experience with responsive design and familiarity with web and mobile development technologies.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus
