We're hiring: UX Lead Designer TinyPal
At TinyPal, we're building a smart parenting app that helps parents achieve their child development goals in simple, actionable ways.
We're looking for a UX Lead Designer who can take ownership of the product experience end-to-end someone who thinks deeply about users, simplifies complexity, and designs for real-world outcomes.
What you'll work on
- Lead the end-to-end UX across the product (onboarding, core flows, subscription, etc.)
- Simplify complex journeys and reduce cognitive load across the app
- Translate product ideas into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Work closely with product and growth teams to drive key metrics (activation, conversion, retention)
- Review and improve existing flows, identifying friction points and opportunities
- Establish UX principles and consistency across the platform
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in UX design for consumer products
- Ability to simplify, not over-design
- Clear thinking around user behavior, decision-making, and conversion
- Experience working in 01 or early-stage environments is a plus
- Strong communication and ability to explain design decisions
