Job Summary:
This is a very exciting opportunity to become part of the Web3 technology space. The UX/UI Engineer performs a key function in our Product & Engineering team by having knowledge of all stages of software development and working alongside other software engineers & developers, collaborating on the various layers of the TrustGrid infrastructure.
Skills required:
- You must have 5+ years experience designing mobile interfaces.
- You must have 5+ years experience with UI modeling tools such as Figma.
- You must have 5+ years experience working with teams to achieve a complete product look and feel (not one-off screens)
Desired Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Web 3 Technology
- High English language proficiency
- Good written and verbal communication for effective stakeholder communication
- Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and research skills
- An understanding of well-known cryptographic processes
- Must be familiar with critical software product concepts such as MVP
Key Responsibilities:
The UX/UI Engineer is responsible for collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer & Chief Technology Officer. The goal of this role is to design interfaces and usability components across all aspects of the code base.
Engineering
- Develop high quality UX/UI plans across the system components including front-end, back-end and mobile applications
- Stay current and provide insight on cutting edge design trends, approaches, themes, and vendors
- Ensure requirements such as data security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are always considered
- Develop and maintain project delivery and technical systems documentation
Support
- Keep job knowledge up to date by studying new development tools and programming techniques
- Support the delivery of projects within the TGrid work program including project reporting
- Support the engagement process with the Chief Product Officer in gathering requirements and contribute to improved project delivery
- Undertake UX/UI design and enhancement tasks

Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a focus on Software Engineering
- A diploma or bachelor's degree majoring in Software Engineering or Information Technology
