ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a talented UX/UI Designer with strong Web Development capabilities for a full-time remote role with our Australian-based client.

The ideal candidate should be a specialist in both UX/UI design and web development, with the ability to take a website from design through development, launch and migration with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design intuitive, responsive and visually engaging UX/UI experiences for websites
• Develop and customise websites using platforms such as Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, or similar
• Handle website setup, deployment and website migrations
• Implement custom website functionality, integrations and third-party tools

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and web development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX/UI design and live website development
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or similar design tools
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress/WooCommerce, Webflow, or similar platforms
• Experience with website migrations, deployment, hosting and domain setup
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
