Role Overview: UX/UI Designer

Are you a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for design and a passion for user experience We're on the lookout for a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how users interact with our digital products. From wireframes to pixel-perfect interfaces, you'll design intuitive, user-centric experiences that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Location: Gurugram (onsite)

Working Days: 6 days/week ( All Saturdays WFH)

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both beautiful and functional.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve product usability.
• Apply usability principles and best practices to enhance user experience.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking.
• Excellent visual design skills and an eye for detail
• Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints
• Passion for creating delightful user experiences

Bonus Points

Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI work across web and mobile platforms.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
