Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of proven experience in creating intuitive, user-centered designs for digital products. This role requires a perfect blend of creative thinking, technical skills, and strategic mindset to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design Strategy & Planning
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create user personas, journey maps, and experience flows to guide product development
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications
Design Execution
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Design responsive interfaces that provide optimal experiences across different devices and screen sizes
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing teams
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
- Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark industry best practices
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and A/B testing results
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and methodologies within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and successful product launches
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or In Vision
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Experience with design handoff tools and version control systems

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a user-centered design approach

- Knowledge of B2B buyer journeys and complex purchasing workflows

- Understanding of e-commerce best practices including product catalogs, shopping carts, and checkout flows
- Familiarity with B2B specific features such as bulk ordering, quote management, and account hierarchies
Additional Skills
- Experience with design tools for collaboration such as Miro or Mural
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- Experience with user analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mix panel)
- Understanding of SEO principles and their impact on design
- Certification in UX design or related disciplines
- Experience working in agile/scrum environments
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP system integrations
