UX/UI Designer Internship

Finsocial Digital Systems is a pioneering ai firm dedicated to creating seamless, secure, and usercentric platforms. We blend deep domain expertise with humancentered design to craft dashboards, analytics tools, and mobile experiences that empower users to manage their money confidently.

We're looking for passionate UX/UI Designer Interns to join our Product Design team for 6 months. The first 3months are unpaid and focused on foundational training, mentorship, and involvement in realworld design sprints. Based on your performance and project contributions during that period, you'll transition into a paid internship for the final 3months.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user flows and wireframes
• Conduct user research: interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
• Create highfidelity interactive prototypes in Figma or Sketch
• Design responsive UI assets (icons, components, screens) adhering to our design system
• Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design throughout the product lifecycle
• Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and crossfunctional standups
• Document design decisions, style guidelines, and userresearch findings

• Usercentered design methodologies (personas, journey maps, empathy maps)
• Advanced prototyping and animation techniques for web and mobile
• Running and synthesizing usability tests to drive design iterations
• Building and maintaining a scalable design system
• Collaboration workflows between design, engineering, and product teams
• Presenting design rationale and influencing stakeholders in a regulated industry
