UX/UI Designer (Fresher)

XtremeNext is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer (Fresher) to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in user-centered design and a passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences for fintech and trading platforms.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with the Product Designer and marketing teams to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and customer experience across XtremeNext's platforms.

Design and support all multimedia UI designs, including web interfaces, dashboards, landing pages,banners, icons, and in-app visual elements

Assist in designing user interfaces for web platforms, dashboards, and internal tools

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to understand design requirements and user journeys

Work with the marketing team on UI visuals, promotional creatives, and brand assets

Maintain visual and design consistency across all platforms and multimedia outputs

Participate in feedback and review sessions and refine designs accordingly

Stay updated with the latest UX/UI and multimedia design trends, tools, and best practices

Assist in enhancing existing designs based on user feedback and business requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or related field

Basic understanding of UX principles, UI design, and usability

Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop or similar

Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles

Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and collaboration skills

Exposure to fintech, trading platforms, or SaaS products

Internship, academic, or portfolio-based design experience

Awareness of design systems and reusable components

Hands-on experience working on live fintech products

Learning and mentorship from experienced Product Designers
