UX UI Designer

Cradlepoint is looking for an innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dedicated UX Design team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping experiences that transform complex workflows into seamless journeys. You will collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders, leveraging research, prototyping, and iterative design to deliver exceptional value that aligns with organizational objectives and key results (OKRs). Our team is focused on designing intuitive, efficient digital products that significantly enhance user experience and promote organizational digital maturity.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user and business research to uncover pain points and prioritize high-value opportunities for design intervention.
• Design and iterate on digital product flows and features, delivering proposals that align directly with organizational OKRs.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and co-create innovative solutions with stakeholders.
• Explore the use of AI in design workflows to accelerate digital transformation initiatives and enhance design efficiency.
• Leverage Cradlepoint's design systems and modern UX patterns to ensure scalable, consistent, and high-quality user experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to effectively connect user needs with automated workflows across various organizational units.
• Build awareness of Cradlepoint's ways of working, contributing fresh perspectives and ideas drawn from prior experience and design best practices.

What You Will Bring: Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in UX design, digital product design, or service design.
• Research & Problem-Solving: Strong user research and problem-solving skills, with a keen focus on simplification and usability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively align cross-functional teams.
• Prototyping Proficiency: Proficiency in prototyping and iterative design processes, utilizing tools like Figma.
• User Empathy: Demonstrated empathy for users and the ability to advocate for human-centered solutions.
• Systems Thinking: A strong systems-thinking mindset to ensure consistency and coherence across complex digital ecosystems.
• Curiosity & Adaptability: High curiosity and adaptability, comfortable learning new domains and tackling diverse design challenges.
