Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for healthcare applications
Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product experience
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX/UI standards
Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across digital products
Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
