Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design seamless, intuitive, and aesthetically strong user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to transform ideas into user-centric digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts for web & mobile.
- Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ship high-quality features.
- Maintain and enhance the design system ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Create visually compelling interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and UX best practices.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in UX/UI design (EdTech or consumer apps preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design work.
- Proficiency in Figma (primary), Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with EdTech platforms or marketplaces.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
