UX Strategist with Data Visualization

Responsibilities:

• Lead UX strategy including generative and formative research, user journeys, wireframes, and experience mapping.
• Design and deliver data visualization solutions including dashboards, charts, and interactive reports.
• Create design artifacts such as site maps, content matrices, and prototypes from concept to execution.
• Develop presentation-ready UX deliverables for internal and client stakeholders.
• Apply usability, accessibility, and industry standards with focus on financial services domain.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools for insights.
• Translate complex business problems into simplified, user-centric design solutions.
• Build MVPs quickly for validation and experimentation.
• Communicate UX strategy through storytelling and data-driven presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of UX solutions including scope management and process oversight.
