UX Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, and leadership to build trust and deliver actionable research insights.
• Plan research initiatives incorporating Diversity, Inclusion, and accessibility principles.
• Collect and analyze user behaviors through interviews, surveys, usability studies, benchmarking, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Visualize data effectively to facilitate cross-functional understanding and collaboration.
• Develop creative approaches to understand complex employee and user experiences.
• Identify priority problems and focus research on solving the most impactful issues.
• Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through clear, memorable, and compelling presentations.
