Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product & Design team at HT Digital Streams. You will uncover user needs, behaviors, and motivations to shape seamless, engaging experiences across our news and content platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research (surveys, usability tests, interviews) to understand digital content consumption.
Translate insights into personas, user journeys, and actionable recommendations.
Partner with Product, Design, Editorial, and Tech teams to enhance engagement, navigation, and content discovery.
Test and optimize features across web, mobile, and app platforms.
Leverage research and analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, UserTesting, etc.) to deliver data-backed insights.

Requirements

1–4years of UX research experience, preferably in digital media, consumer apps, or online platforms.
Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Passion for media and user-centered design.
