Senior UX Designer

Experience required: 8+ years

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered experiences for our digital products and platforms, in particular for the ChemisTwin system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and business goals
• Create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption
• Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the evolution of the design system and guidelines
• Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
• Connect with other product teams to ensure a common visual appearance of products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects
• Proficiency in the Figma design tool
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with development teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare, life science, or electronics industries
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
