Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/Interaction Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning and delivering intuitive, and user-centric digital experiences within in-vehicle environments and mobility ecosystems. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in shaping the next generation of user experiences for the automotive industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and deliver industry-leading interaction design solutions across concept, business pursuit, and production-level programs.
• Collaborate in user research, market trend analysis, and data synthesis to inform and support the design strategy.
• Understand technical and business requirements, as well as system constraints, to design feasible and impactful experiences.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive interaction models, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and verbal presentations.
• Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and program stakeholders to align project goals with creative output.
• Create and iterate interactive mock-ups and digital prototypes using appropriate tools.
• Take initiative and ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timelines.
• Support and mentor junior designers and interns as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree/Diploma in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related discipline from a reputed design school.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or interaction design, preferably in the automotive or mobility industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, and systems-level interaction design.
