Role description
We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be shaping product needs into delivering UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of branding principles, and proficiency in various design tools and platforms.
Job specification
1. Building Mockups and Wireframes: Collaborate with our team to develop mockups and wireframes for websites and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines.
2. Vector Graphics and Design Collaterals: Create high-quality vectors and design
3. collaterals as needed for website elements, promotional materials, and brand assets.
4. Landing Page Development: Take charge of building captivating and functional landing pages using website builders using Wix, WordPress etc for marketing campaigns and other initiatives, translating wireframes into engaging web experiences.
5. Marketing Communication: As a secondary responsibility, develop impactful social media posts, whitepapers, and other marketing communications that align with our brand identity and objectives, driving engagement and conversion.
6. Cross-collaboration Design Work: Undertake various design tasks as required, including but not limited to image editing, as well as ad hoc creative projects to support the team's goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Sketch, Invision etc
2. Ability to create mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
3. Previous experience as a graphic designer or a portfolio demonstrating design expertise
4. Proficiency in web design tools like Figma, Framer etc
5. Familiarity with website builders like WordPress, Wix etc will be considered an
advantage but is not a necessity
6. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work under tight deadlines.
