Overview
Role: Lead Experience Designer (Verizon Design System)
Responsibilities
UX Design (practiced design principles and design process)
Design research methods
User journey maps
Product mindset; system level design thinking
Stakeholder management
Lead co-creation workshops with partners
Hands-on experience with Figma, Prototyping, and UX Audits.
Design documentation
Work independently, ownership of work track(s) with an attitude to learn and grow, & curiosity.
Good understanding & knowledge of prompts and using them to simplify the design process.
Working knowledge of AI tools like NotebookLM, Gemini, Vids or similar tools
Experience working on customer service or contact center tools would be considered an advantage.
Secondary Requirements - Research planning and execution, Storytelling
Visual Design is a plus (not mandatory)
