A minimum of 6 years of professional UX design experience is required, particularly with complex digital products or enterprise software. A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process, problem-solving capabilities, and measurable impact on business outcomes is essential. Candidates must have expertise in user-centered design methodologies, interaction design principles, and proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital, along with experience working in agile environments and designing accessible, inclusive user experiences.
Responsibilities
