Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-centric UI/UX experiences across web and mobile products
- Optimize user funnels by improving onboarding, conversion, and retention flows
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to plan and execute A/B tests
- Translate user research, analytics insights, and experiment results into impactful design improvements
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Maintain consistency through design systems, usability standards, and best practices
Must-Have Skills
- 36 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Strong understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and interaction design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

- Create a clickable Figma prototype

3. Data-Driven Validation
- Explain how you would use heatmaps, session recordings, or analytics tools
- Define how insights would validate or improve the design
4. Documentation (Handover)
- Provide clear notes for engineers including:
