Position SummaryLevel: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution.
We're looking for a UX Designer who thrives on solving complex problems and creating experiences people actually want to use. At Deloitte's IDT practice, you'll lead end-to-end design across digital products bringing craft, curiosity, and sharp design instinct to every engagement. The occasional curveball (brand identity, print, environmental design) only makes it more interesting.
Work you'll do:
- Lead the full design process from research, user flows, and wireframes to prototypes and polished UI
- Champion design quality at both project and firm level, advocating clearly for users and for craft
- Collaborate with developers, strategists, and clients to keep work moving without compromising quality
- Mentor junior designers; share expertise and foster a culture of creative rigour and honest feedback
- Push projects past the obvious answer set the bar for design excellence across every engagement
The team
We're the IDT design crew curious, collaborative, and obsessed with making things people love to use. We work across industries: one project might be a workforce app, the next a fintech rebrand or an enterprise platform. We sketch, prototype, argue constructively, and iterate until something clicks. Design advocacy is in our DNA we remind stakeholders at every step why great design matters
Qualifications:
Must Have Experience/Certifications.
- 6 10 years of professional design experience with a strong digital product portfolio demonstrating both craft and problem-solving
- Expert proficiency in Figma: wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Solid command of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility best practices
- Strong communicator able to present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative, curious working style; someone the team genuinely enjoys working with
Good To Have Experience/ Certificati
- Experience in agile, cross-functional product teams
- Ability to create micro-animations or motion prototyp
- Exposure to branding, print, or environmental/service design
- GenAI tool experience for UX: ideation, design-workflow augmentation, or AI-assisted prototyping
- Bonus: After Effects, 3D software, or motion design skills
