UX Designer (Senior)

Roles & Responsibilities

UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining seamless user journeys, and designing engaging interfaces that enhance usability and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies
• Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps
• Analyze user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities
  
  

UX Design & Prototyping

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Define user flows, navigation patterns, and information architecture
• Ensure designs are intuitive, consistent, and user-friendly
  
  

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/Frontend concepts
  
  

UI Collaboration

• Work closely with UI designers to ensure visual consistency and usability
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and design standards
  
  

Usability & Testing

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
• Iterate designs based on data and user insights
• Optimize user experience for better engagement and conversion
  
  

Cross-Platform Experience

• Design for web, mobile, and responsive platforms
• Ensure consistent experience across devices and screen sizes
• Collaborate with developers for smooth implementation
  
  

Accessibility & Standards

• Ensure designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards
• Promote inclusive design practices for diverse users
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly
• Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions
  
  

Good to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Exposure to analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools / UX automation
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
