UX Designer

Must Have:

• Competitor and industry research, user testing
• Designing micro-interactions and prototyping
• Mobile app design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing user experience design of digital products

Nice To Have:

• Experience designing banking or fintech apps
• Experience with design systems
• Experience working with geographically distributed, diverse teams
• Agile methodology experience in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Proficient with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InVision

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user and business requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Deliver UX design for mobile apps and web platforms
• Conduct competitor analysis and user testing to drive design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including global teams across Americas, Europe, and India

Education & Experience:

• University degree in Design or related field preferred
• 7 to 8 years of experience designing digital products
