We are looking for a talented, well-trained UX Designer intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with real-world design challenges and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design requirements.
- Create user-centered wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are both functional and visually engaging.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Help define user personas, customer journeys, and other UX documentation.
- Work on developing and maintaining design systems for consistent user experience across our platforms.
- Participate in design sprints and review sessions to enhance product design quality.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and apply them to improve the overall product experience.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
- Certification in UX from design institutions is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX work, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working remotely with teams across India.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.
