UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for mobile banking and digital payments products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create seamless and impactful user experiences that balance customer needs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end UX design process from discovery through delivery.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and engaging experiences for mobile banking, payments, and financial services products.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user insights into design improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to define and refine product experiences.
• Ensure consistency and scalability of experiences through effective use of design systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple and user-friendly solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end UX process and successfully shipped digital products.
• Proven experience designing complex mobile applications; fintech, banking, or payments domain experience is highly preferred.
• Expertise in user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while making design decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services products.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
• A user-focused designer with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Someone who can independently drive design initiatives while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
