We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

1-2 years of experience in software product design. Working with B2B products is an

additional advantage

A passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing products and experiences.

We require a portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities.

Passionate about shaping the future of user interfaces, particularly in the realm of

generative AI. You'll have the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, and craft

innovative interactions that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.

Can defend your craft. This means you can endlessly argue about why one design

pattern is better than another for a product.

A collaborative team player who can work well with Product and Engineering teams

to ensure that everyone is aligned with the design vision.

Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is your forte. You're comfortable

with change and can pivot with ease.

Here's what you will do in this role:

Work with stakeholders to solve customer problems and navigate product discovery

stages while closely working with CX and product teams.

Creating fantastic products by obsessing about the Why and backing it up with a

solid understanding of user needs and behavior.

Executing visual design that is not just polished, consistent and intuitive but at the

same time factors in delight.

Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your

hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.
