Portfolio Requirement:
- Candidate must have a recent and high-quality portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects
- Portfolio should demonstrate end-to-end design process, including research, wireframes, and final designs
- The portfolio will be shared with the client (Infosys or Greensky) for evaluation
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions. A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing recent work is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences using Figma
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain design consistency and contribute to design systems
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–8 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have:
- Experience working with fintech or similar domains
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
- Exposure to tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or usability testing platforms
