About The Role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Motion Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer to join our creative team remotely. This full-time position requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and expertise across multiple design disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that enhances our brand identity and supports our marketing and product development initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and product management to produce high-quality graphics, animations, videos, and user interfaces that resonate with diverse audiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects for a global clientele, fostering your growth as a multi-disciplinary designer.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 to 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing their skills across various design domains, including graphics, motion videos, UI/UX work, and video editing. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma or Adobe XD is essential. Additional knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, though not mandatory. Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, typography, and user-centric design principles is required to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create compelling visual assets for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, banners, posters, and branding materials ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Design logos, brand identities, brochures, and digital creatives that align with the company's branding guidelines.
- Maintain a cohesive visual language across various digital and print media to strengthen brand recognition.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Develop engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and promotional content to enhance marketing efforts and product presentations.
- Create animations for product demos, advertisements, and social media reels to capture audience attention.
- Produce explainer videos and visual storytelling content that effectively communicate complex ideas.
Video Editing
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and product promotion, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Enhance videos with effects, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and color correction to improve visual appeal.
- Develop short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.
UI / UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to facilitate seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with developers to implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible designs.
- Ensure adherence to usability standards and best practices in user experience design.
