Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates.
• Design Process: Translate key takeaways from research into actionable design insights that improve user experiences. Develop sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma to visualize and iterate on design concepts. Stay updated with the latest UX trends to ensure designs are modern and effective.
• Ideation & Iteration: Brainstorm and refine innovative solutions to design challenges, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation of designs. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall project strategy.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to validate design solutions and gather user feedback.
• Documentation: Maintain clear design documentation to support development and future design work.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven professional experience in UX design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design handoff.
• Ability to synthesize research findings into design improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered design approach.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams.
