Roles & Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Information Architecture: Create the information structure and organization of digital products to ensure content and features are logically arranged and easy to navigate.

User Flows and Wireframing: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate the interaction and layout of the product, ensuring that it aligns with user expectations.

Interaction Design: Design and refine the interaction patterns and micro-interactions to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.

Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions to enhance the user experience.

Collaboration: Work closely with UI Designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate user insights into design requirements and ensure successful product implementation.

Accessibility: Ensure that digital products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by following accessibility guidelines and best practices.

Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts, improving the understanding of how the product will function.

Feedback Incorporation: Act on user feedback and iterate on designs to continually improve the user experience.

Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

This Role Requires:

• 5 years of experience as a UX Designer in a Digital Agency Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive design decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams and convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and efficient digital experiences
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
