UX and UI Designer Technical Solutions

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced UX UI Designer Technical Solutions to drive user centered design initiatives for enterprise digital transformation programs
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing intuitive scalable and visually engaging enterprise applications while working closely with business stakeholders product teams and development teams
• Experience in industrial engineering or technical domains is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end UX UI design activities across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
• Conduct user research through interviews surveys workshops usability testing and stakeholder discussions
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows wireframes prototypes and high fidelity designs
• Develop intuitive user friendly experiences for enterprise platforms such as ERP Engineering Solutions DMS and other digital products
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross functional teams to define innovative solutions
• Create and maintain design systems style guides and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications
• Work closely with product managers business analysts architects and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Validate design concepts through usability testing and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and analytics
• Support agile delivery teams by providing design expertise during sprint planning development testing and release cycles

Technical Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in UX UI Design Software Program Management or Digital Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise application designs
• Expertise in Figma Sketch Miro and other UX UI design and prototyping tools
• Strong understanding of User Experience UX principles User Interface Design Interaction Design and Information Architecture
• Hands on experience conducting user research usability testing interviews surveys and journey mapping
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user centered design practices
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum based delivery environments
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Computer Interaction HCI Design Computer Science Information Technology Psychology or a related field
• Relevant UX UI certifications are preferred
