Role Description The Utility Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting operational activities across various utility functions within Tudip Digital. This role includes managing and maintaining utility-related processes, assisting with resource allocation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Utility Specialist will help monitor facility and equipment needs, support logistics-related tasks, and contribute to maintaining safe and efficient workflows. This position also involves documenting procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, and providing support for training and compliance initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess utilities-related skills and experience managing operational or facility support tasks.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess forklift operation or similar equipment-handling skills, with a focus on safety and adherence to procedures.
• Candidates should possess training-related skills, including the ability to follow and help implement standard operating procedures.
• Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with food & beverage environments, or other regulated operational settings, as an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in operations support, logistics, or facilities coordination is beneficial.
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training in operations, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
