Key Responsibilities
Utility Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of utility systems such as compressors, chillers, boilers, HVAC, pumps, and other mechanical utility equipment.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of utility systems.
Daily Monitoring & Logs
- Monitor performance and health of utility equipment, maintain daily checklists, and update maintenance logs.
Spare Management
- Coordinate for the availability of spare parts and ensure proper inventory management for utility systems.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols in all utility operations.
Coordination with Teams
- Collaborate with production, facility, and electrical teams for effective maintenance planning and execution.
