Job Description

We are seeking a Utility Maintenance professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure projects. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of utility infrastructure projects (e.g., electric, water, gas, telecom).
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, contracts, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mitigate project risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
  • Mentor and support project managers and engineering teams.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of 33 KV electrical infrastructure installation.
  • Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
  • Expertise in project management, including budgeting, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and green utility initiatives.
  • Proven ability to ensure regulatory and safety compliance.
