Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Utility Account Coordinator to manage utility accounts with US-based vendors. The role involves handling vendor communication, billing coordination, and ensuring accurate account management.

Job Functions

  • Manage utility accounts with US vendors
  • Set up and update account and billing details
  • Communicate with vendors via calls and emails
  • Review and download bills from vendor portals
  • Process and track payments within deadlines
  • Maintain accurate account records
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
