We are seeking a skilled USIT Recruitment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment software.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
