Position Summary

Level: Lead Solution Advisor

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you'll do:

  • Perform requirement gatherings, design sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Perform installation, configurations and upgrades of CyberArk PAM solutions including vault, PVWA,CPM, PSM, PTA and advanced modules like Remote Access, EPM, Credential Providers, Conjur, Secrets Hub.
  • Onboard applications to CyberArk utilizing OOB service accounts capabilities, AAM, Conjur, Secrets Hub as applicable.
  • Installation, configuration and upgrades of CyberArk Pcloud/Identity solutions including SIA, SCA, WPM, SWS and Secure Browser.
  • Onboard privileged accounts (Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, network devices, cloud platforms, etc.) into CyberArk.
  • Configure credential rotation, access policies, and session recording.
  • Provide technical guidance on configuring master and password policy for password vaulting/rotation, session recording, and whitelist/blacklist commands.
  • Perform PAM vendor assessments and develop the analysis/recommendations on the capabilities.
  • Assess client environments to identify privileged access risks, process gaps and provide recommendations on CyberArk PAM solutions for remediations.
  • Stay current on CyberArk product updates, industry trends, and emerging threats.
  • Develop and document technical architecture, design, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with CyberArk vendor support of product bugs, feature request and critical issue resolutions.
  • Drive audit readiness by preparing and delivering evidence for compliance reviews.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • Candidates should have overall 4-6 years of experience implementing PAM projects (CyberArk)
  • Hands-on experienc e in installation, c onfiguration and upgrading CyberArk PAM solutions (Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, CPM, PSMP, CP, CCP, Conjur, Secrets Hub etc.).
  • Maintain the underlying infrastructure high-availability, disaster recovery, network management & patching and upgrading the underlying infrastructure.
  • Experienced with privileged access management concepts, credential vaulting, session management, Password management, Secret Management and API configurations.
  • Hands-on experience of integrating SSO, MFA and SIEM with CyberArk PAM
  • Hands-on experience of integrating IGA solutions (like SailPoint, Saviynt) with CyberArk PAM.
  • Should have the ability to understand customer requirements (may include customized integration situations) and be capable of suggesting solutions.
  • Experience in configuring new load balancer for PSM and CCP
  • Experience in technologies, such as LDAP, SQL, Windows, Linux and various directories.
  • Understanding of CyberArk PCloud components along with architecture and knowledge of CyberArk PCloud environment setup
  • Understanding of CyberArk identity components with knowledge of environment setup of advanced modules such as WPM, SIA, SCA, SWS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with various IT / Security technologies- Including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, IPS, Proxy, PKI, PAM

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • PAM technology certifications (Defender, Sentry, CDE PAM, CDE CPC, CDE EPM)

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:
