Workyou'll do
Thekeyjobresponsibilitieswillbe to:
- Analyzeclientrequirements,performgapanalysis,designanddevelopdigitalsolutionsusingdata analytics tools and technologies to solve client needs
- Design,build,andimplementcustomAIandGenerativeAIsolutionstailoredtomeetspecificbusiness needs
- Utilizeadvancedmachinelearningtechniquestodevelop/trainAImodelsandfine-tuneGen-AI models.
- Architect, build, and optimize agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, LLM-powered agents). Integrate agentic AI solutions with existing enterprise platforms and workflows.
- Evaluate emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits. Prototype and benchmark agentic AI solutions for scalability, robustness, and safety.
- ContinuouslymonitorandimprovetheperformanceofAImodelstoensuretheymeetthedesired performance metrics
- Deploysolutionacrossvariouscloudandon-premcomputing platforms
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstounderstandbusinessrequirementsandtranslatetheminto technical specifications.
- Conductdataanalysis,preprocessing,andmodelingtoextractvaluableinsightsanddrivedata-driven decision-making.
- Providetechnical expertiseandthoughtleadershipinthefield ofAI/GenerativeAItoguideclientsin adopting AI-driven solutions.
- Stayuptodatewiththelatestadvancementsin AIandmachinelearningtechnologiestoincorporate cutting-edge solutions into projects.
Required Skills
- ProficiencyindesigninganddevelopinggenerativeAImodelsandAIalgorithmsutilizingstate-of-the-art techniques.
- ExperienceindevelopingandmaintainingdatapipelinesandRetrieval-AugmentedGeneration(RAG) solutions including data preprocessing, prompt engineering, benchmarking and fine-tuning
- Experiencewithcloudservices(AWS,Azure,GCP)fordeployingAImodelsand applications.
- FamiliaritywithGenAIapplicationdesignand architecture
- PracticalexperienceofevaluatingLarge-LanguageModels(LLM)performance(usingcommon metrics)
- In-depthknowledgeofNaturalLanguageProcessing(NLP)anditsapplicationsinAI solutions.
- Expertiseinhandlinglargemulti-modaldata setsandapplyingdatapreprocessingtechniquestoensure data quality and relevance.
- Abilitytoanalyzeandinterpretcomplexdatatoderiveactionableinsightsanddrivedecision-making processes
- StrongknowledgeofprogramminglanguageslikePythonand SQL
- Proficiencyinbuildingagentframeworks,RAGpipelines,experienceinLLMFrameworkslikeLangChain or LlamaIndex; implementation exposure to vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma or FAISS
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and concepts - LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Model Context Protocol (MCP)s
- StrongunderstandingofGenAItechniquesandLLMssuchasGPT,Gemini,Claude,etc.andOpen Source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.)
