Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. You'll translate business processes into intuitive, role-based walkthroughs, tips, and embedded help—partnering with functional teams, change/training leads, and technical stakeholders.

Work you'll do:

  • Lead digital adoption for enterprise (Oracle Cloud) transformations by designing, deploying, and optimizing in-app guidance and role-based learning
  • Own the OGL lifecycle (strategy through analytics), set governance/QA standards, partner with SMEs and change/training teams, and use insights to improve proficiency, reduce errors, and deflect support tickets

Across our service offerings, you will:

  • Lead OGL workstream activities across design, build, test, and release for Oracle Cloud implementations/enhancements
  • Apply technical abilities, UX knowledge and creativity to build and deliver OGL solutions to client problems and troubleshoot their issues
  • Provide technical guidance, present solutions, and perform implementation reviews
  • Assess needs and use cases, quickly design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes
  • Understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal to troubleshoot and maintain deployed assets over time
  • Explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers, and management
  • Ensure OGL addresses the customer's ultimate goals and needs
  • Improve the development process if opportunities arise
  • Consult OGL Implementer/Project Manager on project scoping, technical limitations, and risks

The Team:

The Organization Workforce & Change practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions, and redesigning the organization structure. It will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • 6-10 years of implementation/professional services/solution engineering experience with OGL or comparable digital adoption platform
  • Experience in UX/UI design
  • Functional familiarity with Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and common end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Hire-to-Retire)
  • Ability to lead teams/sub-teams and perform quality assurance and reviews, with ownership of on-time completion of deliverables for yourself and your team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent project management capabilities, including resource and effort estimation and risk management
  • Strong ability to think creatively and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to resolve blockers
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and team/relationship-building skills, with focus on mentoring/fostering development of junior practitioners

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • Experience developing digital adoption platforms or training in the context of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion
  • Intermediate data analytics skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization/BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)
  • Experience developing custom APIs and Webhooks
  • Experience with OCM/training methods, learning content design, and accessibility standards.

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
  • Preferred: Master's degree (MA/MS) or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field from an accredited university
