USI-CTS Workday HCM, EIB loading 3 - 8 Yrs

About the role

This role focuses on supporting Adobe's Semrush M&A integration by managing and troubleshooting Workday EIB loads, ensuring data accuracy and issue resolution, and assisting with offer letter automation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and troubleshoot Workday EIB loads including Hire and Offer transactions.
• Identify and resolve errors and data issues independently during EIB loading processes.
• Assist in offer letter generation using Microsoft PowerAutomate following Adobe's training.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration of Semrush into Adobe's Workday environment.
• Maintain data integrity and support continuous process improvement for Workday transactions.

Required skills and experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience with Workday HCM, specifically in EIB loading and error resolution.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules relevant to Hire and Offer processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data and load errors within Workday.
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerAutomate or willingness to quickly learn through provided training.

Nice to have

• Exposure to M&A integration projects within Workday environments.
• Experience automating HR processes using PowerAutomate or similar tools.
• Prior involvement in offshore operational roles supporting enterprise HR systems.
